replaced my front brake cable yesterday, deffo up the side. remove headlight and feed down from the top and use a wire hook to pull it out the sid, push and pull it through taking care to locate it behind the lug on the steering stop. i thought it would be a pain to do but it turned out to be easy peasy. keep taking the tablets bogger, wrong again
