125 swap 'aint so straightforwards as the 110.
Although the bolt pattern matches, it has a big valve head with bigger ports to match, so if you fit the 90 carb and exhaust a couple of things will happen.
1) You will cook the exhaust valve, really you need a min 28mm header pipe.
2) The carb will strangle the motor so it won't rev very high - it will actually be slower in top speed but will be a torque monster. A PE24 matches it nicely but you might get away with the ATC125's 22m Keihin on a BBR manifold.
It's a nice motor though, Bogger has my old one, a lot nicer to ride around Matlock's steep hills than the bonkers Zongshen 155 that's currently fitted into the CM90.
Gearbox shaft and kick starter shaft are bigger than the 90/110 too.
It runs VERY hot so you will need an oil cooler for motorway/dual carriageway work.
