EVERY YEAR!!!!!!!! I have never replaced mine and I've had the bike on the road for 5 years,before that it had been used as a field bike.So regular quality services then

.I assume mine are the original Honda ones and are fitted with grease nipples.Cause I bet you do more miles than I do but EVERY YEAR!!!!!
