C90 Swap for C50

Evening All

I have a blue 1989 C90 which it pretty much in perfect condition but I want to swap it for a blue C50 so I don't have to keep faffing about with the CBT (and I don't want to do the full bike test). What would be the easiest way to do this:

a) Buy a C50 engine and swap it out or
b) Buy a C50 complete and sell the C90?
