here ya go leiba. i didnt have to remove the tank, just remove the battery cage and poke the wires through from the top. and you can fish em out from behind the tank. you only need to thread the positive wire through to the battery. take the earth wire straight to a tank bolt. my socket is held in place with silicon sealer to avoid drilling. a good double sided tape would do the job. oh and splice the positive wire into the genny side of the inline fuse then every thing is protected by the main fuse, so you dont need another inline fuse
