Been down the allotment at lunchtime. While I did the watering I set up the small pressure cooker with beef onions potatos tomatoes and two large dollops of madrass curry paste. Set it going for 25 minutes then put it unopened onto the shelf in the shed. It can sit there for the afternoon as I reckon it must be sterile after 25 mins at 120 degrees C. We will see how it is at teatime. Might be possible to do this the night before a camping trip. ? The following is a link to a photo of a menu board at a local. Regards. Bob.
