Chap I know lost a Harley exactly like this.
Chap paid a small deposit, then sent a courier in 2 days after the transfer "Cleared" in his bank.
Bike gone..... 2 days later bank phones & somehow the transfer had been reclaimed & he lost the LOT,

One use bank accounts were used , no trace...

BEWARE
Like I say , if he wants it that bad , he'll have to come over....
