Selling bike abroad - slightly ot

After The Harley on eBay, it didn't sell but I have been inundated with offer after it closed
Some cheekey offers but others not too far off the Mark, the best offer I have received is from a german man who wants to transfer £200 immediately via pay pal, then when he receives
more pics and is happy he will electronically transfer the remainder of the cash prior to a courier picking the bike up.
He seems genuine but I have that doubt in the back of my mind, has anybody else sold like this and if so what's the crack with the v5 as it is going to Germany?
