Sorry to hear about poor Tarquin, Kebob.
I don't think these Judges live in the real world. When my C90 was stolen a few years back one of the 15yr old thieves was killed whilst riding it.

At his inquest the coroner said that he "understood that it was a community bike" WTF! Where did that come from? Didn't the Judge take into account that it was being driven illegally? So 15yr olds can afford to buy a bike worth about £900, insure it and get a driving license to use it on the road and be good neighbours by allowing all their equally 'legal' mates to drive it when they want to? Oh, and the boy who was killed was "a lovely lad" and would be "greatly missed" according to his family and friends.
