the 12v square head light models start 1984 with the c90e and ran untill 2002. there is one 12v round headlight model the c90c from around 1982, in my opinion the c90c is the best as you get the best of both worlds style and reliability, i run a 1990 g90g which i cant fault in any way, even better with the chinese lifan 110 engine in it

, the main things to look for when looking at a 90 with a view to buying is rust/rot under the rear wheel arch between the top shocker mounts, and play in the front swing arm bushers, hold the front brake on and push the bike forward so it rises on the suspention, if the wheel moves to one side the bushes will need replacing. any thing else you need to know just ask, sure someone on here will answer pretty quickly. welcome to the board and let us know how you get on.
