I think you are talking about the wrong light bulbs. I'm referring to the tiny 'glass fuse' style bulbs with a contact at each end. They will fit nicely in a letter-size very small bulb-envelope, and easily mail as lettermail. I have received MANY, MANY eBay packages that I have paid outrageous "shipping' fees for, only to have the packages arrive by letter mail at an actual cost of less than $2. Frankly, I'm sick and tired of being ripped off. Just saying.
