Just an update. Got this problem sorted in the end. Turned out to be a failed speedo sensor which was causing complete panel failure until disconnected, just had no milometre or speedo until I got a replacement. Indicators then started to become intermittent and eventually failed which was solved by new relay. Bike is all good for new mot now.
