I had electrical problems with my 1st Innova (carb) which had been previously damage & repaired. I cannot remember the precise details of all the problems but there was oxidisation on some of the connections & the speedo was the same as yours.
It was solved by removing the panels cleaning & greasing all the connectors with Vaseline.
