Work took me from Dorset down to just past Penzance today,the van (Merc sprinter 313) struggled into head wind all the way down,6th gear is tall and kept having to drop to 5th and even 4th on the hills! And down to low 20s mpg .Surprising what a difference wind makes! Coming home via Plymouth and Blandford back up to mid 20s + with tail wind!
