passed my test in 1966 age 16 on a yamaha 80 you only had to ride round the town hall twice and do an emergency stop after the first time round i knew it would be this time so i was ready answer 3 questions on signs the highway code and bingo you could get a bonneville or a vincent 1000 if you could afford one on£3 a week happy daze
