The best rust treatment used to be phosphoric acid. You can buy this at 81% from ebay. Thats a bit cheaper than Branded products. I,m going to try it diluted to @ 20%. Needless to say that eye protection and rubber gloves are needed. Also if diluting then the acid goes slowly into the required amount of water not the other way around. I think. ? It could boil and spit have lots of water nearby. We used to have automatic showers in all the rooms at work that you could just run into when you got something wrong.. Regards. Bob.
