Yup Lexan heated carefully ove all 4 rings on the hob.
Wingy's tha bloke for tips on cutting it to shape using a jigsaw and smoothing the edges with abrasive and panel scraper.
This is a quote from DD on an old post, dropped the cub on my own driveway this morning and broke my perspex screen, need to make a new one. Need tips on where to buy Lexon and tips on cutting and bending if necessary. At the moment its patched with duct tape, looks like Pugsy off children in need
