120's are just about the same as 110's really, not much difference in power and will take std C90 bits like exhaust and carb/manifold.
125's are mostly like 140's so have bigger valves and ports, different oil pump drive etc.
Looks like the one on eBay has an alloy barrel, high dipstick too.
