A syringe will do the job, easily available from eBay.
You can either draw the fluid through from the bottom, or better still fill the system from the bottom as this tops you chasing bubbles all over the place. Just be careful you don't overflow the reservoir at the top.
I had a nasty a few weeks back with the Tiger after replacing all the pistons with stainless and fitting new pads, system bled through easily but after standing for a few days the front had zero effect and needed bleeding again - has been fine since.
