by the time you have finished buying all the bits you need, you might as well bite the bullet and fit a lifan 110, look for a piston kit on ebay from a seller called cyril. but contact him and tell him you want a flat top piston kit, otherwise he will send a dished piston as is fitted to later models, barrel and piston kit about £60 with delevery if i rember right but if the crank shaft cam chain sprock is knackered its a big stripdown jou involving presses. and the cam sprocket,plus chain. liffan may well work out cheaper, sorry for your probs dean i know you could well do without it, anything i can do to help giz a shout.
