I have found Just MoTs very good and I always use them now for my car MoT. If you book and pay for your MoT three months in advance, the cost is just £25 (car). And I believe they now do motorcycles as well. They have branches all over the place and the great thing is that they don't do repairs etc.; so they have no vested interest in failing an MoT to get the business. Retests are free within ten days.
I have no connection with them other than as a satisfied customer.
