Two weeks ago I took the frame to be powder coated,they made a really god job and the green they used was near enough ok.Last week I took the full chain case to be done the same.When I went to collect it the bloke said £25,so I paid him.He then said there had been some damage to the chain case ,which was now in two halves.It seems when these cases were made they were soldered together and of course the heat from powder coating had melted the solder! We live and learn.
