I did have to deal with their customer services last year when I had keyed the wrong registration number into the online forms and didn't realise til I got the certificates through the post a week or so later (they send you them by e-mail too but I never checked them) anyway as this was my fault I fully expected to pay some ridiculous admin charge, one quick phone call to their customer service centre and a very helpful fella said "no problem sir I've altered that for you and the amended certificate is in the post to you" top service I would say for 33 quid from my experience

Forgot to say the biggest bike I have insured this year is the 550 Kwak
