just had a look at the met office forcast for wales.
UK Outlook for Thursday 5 Jul 2012 to Saturday 14 Jul 2012:
Starting unsettled with a mix of sunny spells and showers. The showers may be heavy at times with a risk of thunder. Some areas, mostly likely central and southeastern parts, may even see thicker cloud and more persistent rain. Breezy in the northwest, and temperatures around normal. Staying unsettled through the weekend, with more spells of rain or showers, sometimes heavy and thundery, but there are some signs that the west and southwest may become a little less unsettled. Temperatures continuing around average. The rest of the period is expected to continue unsettled, with most areas affected by spells of rain or showers at times, with perhaps any better weather towards the southwest. Temperatures probably close to the seasonal average.
