My wife took on a 5 year old ginger tom.It had no name the lady who owned it had to go into a home and could not take it.
It came home and settled straight in.However its more like a dog the neediest cat I have ever known it needs constant love and follows Linda every where.
I named it Pushkin after the russian poet of course Linda calls it pusskin.
However it has some sort of brain defect after hours of petting it will turn just like that grabbing you with its claws then biting you and then back to normal.
They are creatures of another god.
