Mr Fuzz isn't a very good businessman. He has failed to realise two things:
1) You don't run your web shop on a Mickey Mouse free hosting server. You pay for no security, no security is what you get. So the site got a virus? That's hardly news. Anyone visiting on an infected Windows computer (and there are millions of those, look up 'botnets' if you're interested) could inadvertently have caused this.
and just as importantly
2) You don't alienate most of your customers by crying about how a respected member of the same community has hacked your badly-secured website.
Pretty much everyone thinks Fuzz is a joke now, the best thing he can do here is apologize to all concerned. If he's in any way serious about his 'business' he should make proper hosting arrangements in future.
