hi on my way out to worthing i came to a slow stop engine still running ,had to be the throtle snapped had to happen on a dual carrage way with them centreb barriers,so a long walk faceing the on comeing traffic . not a pleasent thought/ then i had a brain storming moment ,i wound the throtle stop screw in and sat on the bike ,then put in second gear,away i went only at 15 mph but quicker than walking,got home and put on a new cable.tip here for anyone doing this job put the throtle end in first, will carry a spare from now on,ps hows the floods at your end we have roads still under 3 feet of water
