A few days ago , over the Jubilee celebrations , Sue & I snuck off to Bulgaria on a house viewing trip......
With a view to buying one.

Well we didnt .....
We bought two.!

A decent plot of really fertile ground , fruit trees plum , apple , cherries, grape vines, veg garden.
1 x 3 bed house with garage below inc inspection pit
2 x Workshops
Pig pens
Chicken houses
2 x more animal shelters

1 x 3 bed house with shower room & cellar

EVERYTHING you see in the pictures is in the deal

Council tax is £9 . for a year
Average wage is £35 a year.
500ml bottle of lager 50p

So guesses on the price in GBP , including all notary & solicitors fees, agents commissions.

There is also a chance to buy the property next door & on the other side a MASSIVE field ( Read CAMPSITE )
1,500 miles from Calais !!!!!
