Down to the last six liters of kilju now . I could have filtered it through charcoal to remove the abominable smell but you soon learn not to breathe in while drinking it. Am really into kombucha production . A big glass jar of kombucha is better than having an aquarium. took a bottle of it to the pub yesterday for friends to try. only one or two people would go near it as even after being in the fridge for two days it still obviously had something growing in it. Brian said it was like drinking battery acid . is is very acidic but the taste grows on you.Regards.Bob
