Hi Reesy,

I has a Lifan 140 in my road legal pit bike.

Wasn't much quicker than a 125 top end, but could drag a 50 kg trailer at 60mph.
I put about 3000 miles on mine, just watch out for teeth snapping off the kickstart gears (they tend to proceed into the gearbox and split the cases vertically)

Mine (I am fairly sure) had started to lose teeth when I sold it. You can get repair kits from OO racing, and they are much stronger. Though by now they have probably sorted the problem.
