my centre stand has been siezed up for years keep meaning to do some thing about it one day well today the foot peg bit broke off so i couldnt put the stand down ,i drained the petrol out took the battery off and screen then turned the bike upside down got my angle grinder out and cut the old pin either side of the stand knocked out the odd bits and put in a nother pin and stand adding plenty of grease, took less than 2 hours,no way would the old pin come out of the stand
it could do with a bit of weld around the brackets rearly but i can do that any time now,
been putting that job off for 3 years now,will have to do my other cub now
