Yes Bax, we set off from Pen-y-pass up the Pyg Trail and then decended via the tourist route into Llanberis. Fantastic experience I've been wanting to do it for some time and my son lives near Porthmadog at the moment so he and his girlfriend showed me the best places in the area.

Maybe we should have a Bimble weekend up there, one day riding round on the bikes and the next day walking up Snowdon. Do you think there would be many takers?
