Never too late to become a mod Geoff. Better stock up on the dexedrine!

If you don't like the idea of twistgrip gearchange, two-stroke reliability and the odd handling that comes from having an engine bolted to the back wheel...
...there's the Honda Giorcub.. Trad Italian style clothing on Cub running gear, with proper chain drive and fixed central engine. Gear change is standard semi-auto heel and toe.

Unfortunately never sold outside Asia.
