^ That's a C105T Fuzz. Thin light frame like the C100 but with 55cc version of C100 engine.
It'd be more like a CT200. (like Newt's yellow un)
They're like this. Big frame with thicker downtube like CM90/91. (and the same truncated rear end as yours being US spec CM91)
