Looking on the Loncin web site there is no lx110-3d listed, I suppose the 3d is an EEC certificated version, but all their Loncin LX110 models are rated as 5.5 kW (7.4 BHP) top speed of 85 kmh (53 mph).

Alloy wheels so they wont rust. Disk brake on the front. Probably thin chinese plastics so if I bought one I would strip all the panels off and put a layer of fibreglass on the inside to beef them up.

Going by my 2003 Zongshen version with 13k miles I would imagine it would last a good few years and my one is definitely a lot easier to ride than the C90 and the front disk inspires a lot more confidence. I would take a punt on one at £999 OTR but my new C90 arrives this Saturday, rolling chassis, exhaust and 2 boxes of bits.
