Honda C50 from 1970/71 identification

Hi,
I aquired my Honda at the age of 14 (42 years ago) but was never given the registration document. When I asked DVLA for it they had no records and the theory was that the old paper records were lost when they moved locations.
I'd like to get the bike properly recorded with DVLA and I think I can get my original registration number back if a recognised expert identifies the bike; can anyone help? As said above, it's a C50, 100% original, it's green (I'd say olive) and the chassis number begins with C50-K08.... It's a six volt bike and, as said in the title, it was registered in 1970 or 71.
