It's a CM90. Pushrod 87cc.
May (or not) be fairly solid if that's surface rust. They're very thick metal compared to later ones.
Mine was in a similar state rust-wise when I found it 15+ years ago.. I did the rust with Jenolite and it's still passing MOTs, though now starting to bulge and bubble from internal rust between the double skins.
