Hi Spider. I'm in Tonbridge too, just on the Hildenborough border. Haven't seen many C90s round here lately - I was beginning to think I was the only one!
I don't think the ZZ name means anything, it's just the code for the 6volt round headlamp C90 produced from about 1979 to 1983. I had a couple of them before my current C90-N (12volt square headlamp).
I have been motorcycling for 62 years, but now just have the Cub. It does everything I want from a motorcycle and I love it dearly. I'm sure you will be well pleased with your new acquisition.
