I dunno if you can remember but years ago I tried to eek as much MPG on a run as possible.

I drained the tank and ran the bike until it ran out of fuel. I then put 1 pint of fuel in and went for a run.

I rode really, really carefully until I ran out again. Did the calculation and it was 207 mpg.

Obviously riding normally I get nowhere near that figure. About 125 mpg.

The new 125 Cub is doing 134mpg at the moment and will hopefully get better once its run in
