But seriously it is so nice to read messages when your feeling downbeat with health issues an the like, made me smile it did. Mrs Ady read these messages to me whilst I was laying face down on the floor "Posturing" for ten days solid, torture! I tell you, absolute Torture!
I'm feeling much better now, today has been my first day that I've felt up to browsing this board and Facebook etc. I'm back to see the consultant at Nottingham Queens Med tomorrow and I'm hoping he's going to tell me things have gone okay as the bumf I've read talks about an 85 to 90 success rate for Retinal Detachment (Reattachment) surgery.
By the way... I was neither poked in the eye for peeping through keyholes nor given a good lamping. T'was nothing more glamorous than a gearbox main shaft bearing on an Austin Metro back in August of '89 that came back to haunt me... Look after your eyes folks
