hi ady, yes grim for sure. i think ash has the longest ride, he,s about 50 miles west of me and then its 280 miles from here. i went to bed on sat night with a warm glow having read the metcheck forecast which was fab but its changed now. so far there saying showers from thurs on so thats not too bad. i remember the second time i went to matlock the forecast was horrific. got up to a soggy campsite but hadnt see a drop??. i,d rather it be bad when i,m riding up than it affect one of our bimbles :) on one forecast i read it starts to clear up from t time so not so bad.
