Folks can anyone throw some light on the subject. i understand that if a bike has been extensively modified and older than 40yrs it does not qualify etc for the mot exemption. and i'm familiar with the general rule 40yrs etc with the tax,mot
My question is if a bike has been off the road for 10 plus yrs and not been used. its a 1969 c90 after the 20th May 2018 does this mean i can ride it on the road all legal with out the mot,tax and not go thru a mot to establish its rod worthy use ???
Thanks in advance peeps
