Lifan 110 spark plug/same as 90?

Just doing a few little jobs before France,The motors done 1000 miles now,had a look at the original plug which looks ok(apart from its unbranded)its looks like the regular 90 plug C7HS? Was going to replace with an NGK...(will do valve clearances also/same as 90?)
