I've not been for a few years now. Always seems to clash with something. Hopefully will get there this time around, though probably in the car.

I go more for the meet than the riding. Prefer to while away my hours in t'pub!

I do have reservations about Wyeside being taken over by the Camping and Caravanning club, mind. Looking at some of the reviews from members, it's very dated. Suits me fine. Also complaints about lack of hard standing. Tents tend to get squeezed out of the equation. Moans about lack of security etc. Again, suits me fine.

I also don't like when things get too organised and you get allocated a pitch, rather than make a choice. No idea if it's headed that way, but the C&C club can be be a bunch of joyless drones at times...
