What done it for me was the year all the water pipes froze. No water in the morning for a cuppa, and toilets were out of action, so no morning constitutional.

Packing away as quick as possible thirsty and with bum cheeks clenched was the final straw.

At the Elefant they have special taps, that allow a small amount of water to flow constantly, so they cannot freeze.
