Guys its all done apart from my winter prep work. it sounds like a new un. Thank you to all involved its great that your all willing to share your wealth of knowledge. Its the small tips of advise and the willingness to share that inspires me it was a first for me stripping a 4 stroke as all my other bikes are two stroke easy fix

So i fitted a new pump as the original was distorted quite a bit and my thoughts after fettling with it there wouldn't be much drive left.

A new drive gear, cam chain, barrel and piston etc.

So Thank You again.
this is my daily ride. Ive 6 bikes to ride and this gets the most use its brilliant i love it .
