CJ, Why not buy some good battery operated LED lights and attach them to your bike will save a lot of bother and money and unless you are planning on changing the engine to a higher power output can't see any need for changing over to disc brakes. but if you must, I believe the honda CG125 fork will bolt straight on and then you will have the cg125 wheel with the front brake disc but you will change the character of the bike.
