M48 severn view services has a great place for a start/finish/coffee chin wag with great views across the bridge. I stop there every year on way home from Rhayader. You have to ride around the barrier if its down or just go up the footpath to the viewing point.Its a bit more out of my way but access from junc 1 of M48 both directions and hey any other peeps could turn up and watch, actualy if we went west into Wales they would see us coming over the bridge! Or whatever you think but like the idea of the severn view sercices if it could be included.
