Well I just got back from Bike4life an event that I've attended for a number of years now but I think that will be probably my last one.
The organizers at Cosford end of the ride need shooting, they couldn't organize a kids Christmas party.. The flow of bikes came to a grinding halt, I sat with queues and queues of bikers 4 abreast breathing in lovely monoxide fumes for at least 40 minutes while inching along the road, when I finally got to the entrance of the museum cark park I decided enough was enough didn't enter the festival and rode home. There were bikes breaking down with overheating problems and many others I expect wearing their clutches out with the start stopping every minute.
The actual run on the motorway was fine the police did a great job shame about the the organizers at the Cosford end.
There was a massive turnout but they should have provided for that event.
