Log books are renewed with each new owner of a vehicle, so no it wont affect the price. If the bike had zero owners and had the original log book(V5) then yes, that would make the bike more desirable and add a little more value to enthusiasts.
Wait till you get the new Log book(V5) before you put the bike up for auction, as you will be assured of getting the best price.
The front visor (wind shield screen) were an extra, these add value to the bike so sell it with it on.
